What I have experienced and learned: risks and recommendations
Until this period of my life, I had only positive views about the police and even defended them many times. But after I was falsely accused and subjected to fabrication and lies by the police on 13 December 2023, my trust and confidence in these types of law enforcement officers was seriously shaken.
My friends who have family members in the police, please forgive me, but the unlawful actions and wrongdoing committed against me shocked me, and I could not remain silent in the face of this injustice. I do not claim that the actions of a group of police officers represent all police, but I will briefly share what happened to me and what I have learned.
Unfortunately, some police officers abuse the powers and privileges granted to them by the President and the state, violating the law in the “dark rooms” of their departments. Earlier, I did not understand why small and medium business owners or farmers avoid cooperating with the police or seeking proactive legal support. After what I learned here (Penitentiary Institution No. 13), I found answers to all my questions.
Why did my police become like this? After all, they are supposed to catch criminals.
On 13.12.2023, I was unlawfully arrested by order in connection with my professional activity (IT training, projects). Without finding any illegal activity in my work (social, economic, or public), they planted psychotropic substances on me through force, and later, in a “dark” office, they deceived and poisoned me with a substance (note: narcotics). They fabricated false reports and protocols and they acted as witnesses in their own improvisations. During the investigation, I was held under strict isolation for 8 months to prevent me from appealing to state bodies about the violations of my rights and the illegal actions committed against me. They prohibited contact with my family and phone calls and spread disinformation.
Do you know what my case resembles? In A. S.’s book (Alexander Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago) it is written: “They detain a general-leytenant to frame him. At one event, he pulls out a white handkerchief to wipe his nose - “Aha! That is a signal.” And because he liked talking about engineering, he is declared guilty and arrested. It is time for reckoning.”
Why has my police become like this? After all, they are supposed to catch criminals.
Freedom is a great blessing. For those who are imprisoned without guilt, this becomes even more evident.
The paradox is that a specialist who contributed to many projects in the ICT and technology sector is being held in prison after being falsely accused, while a group of police officers who plant drugs on people, including young individuals, continue to walk free and carry on their unlawful activities.

I am sharing what I have experienced and learned so that police unlawfulness can be prevented and so that, God forbid, if my friends, colleagues, or young people are subjected to fabrication and slander, they will know how to behave and what to do. My notes do not concern genuine, conscientious, honorable, real police officers. In the detention facility, in the holding cells, I learned that recently, malicious actors mainly use the following methods to detain someone:
- Planting psychotropic or narcotic substances in a pocket, car, or home (This was used against me)
- Resisting the police (The first time, on 10 December 2023, when they abducted me from the yard of my home and forced me into a car with violence, three people said, “Are you resisting us?” I said, “I have no aggression toward you. Say what you have to say”)
- Placing a weapon or grenade on the person being framed.
Other methods of framing: if you have received money from someone you do not know for any verbal work or service, whether in cash, card-to-card, or by online payment, that person may, under physical and psychological pressure, give testimony against you. In our Criminal Code, this may be presented as extortion, fraud, or similar offenses. If you do not want to be exposed to this type of slander, be cautious. They set up “honeynets” and “honeypots” on online platforms.
Recently, the easiest and most popular method of framing has been framing with drugs. As before, they know fake “witnesses” in groups of five or ten, but those people cannot be present in every district whenever needed.
Police operatives themselves act as witnesses in framing cases, but even among them there is a division of roles. Since they have access to the country’s Safe City cameras and mobile monitoring, they evade violations of the law, and the truth is not revealed. The detained person’s phone is immediately taken away so that they are deprived of means of communication and cannot contact anyone for the legal protection of their rights. When a person is arrested after being framed, the police invite their loyal lawyers with whom they constantly work. By applying physical and psychological violence to those who have been framed, they demand that the person “confess” on video and sign a falsified document prepared by the inquiry officer. The range of physical violence is wide, I will not write about it. In psychological violence, they threaten you using any vulnerable point in your life, your relatives, family members, or loved one. They told me that if I did not confess, they would place drugs in my home and then “find” them. Tell me, what is someone supposed to do if there is an infant and small children at home?
Three officials mainly participate in the framing process:
- Operatives - those who directly carry out the framing.
- The inquiry officer - the one who creates the scenario of the falsification, documents it, and improvises the episode.
- The investigator - the one who designs the falsification in accordance with the code, prepares it for the state prosecutor and the court, and misleads the public.
Framing with narcotic and psychotropic substances is mainly carried out by employees of the Main Anti-Narcotics Department. Through framing and “loading” (assigning a crime you did not commit to you) they secure both their current and future activities. In your opinion, how many apartments and cars can one bag and one wrapped package travel through before later being destroyed? The next improvisations shown on TV (messages inserted into the subconscious), manipulations in arrest statistics - is there any institution, outside conflicts of interest, that inspects or audits these processes?
I learned that employees of the Main Anti-Narcotics Department are referred to in detention-center slang as “Narko Business” employees, and experienced people sometimes use alternative means (three-digit, four-digit, sometimes five-digit sums) to solve the problem on the spot.
Why has my police become like this? After all, it is supposed to be guided by our laws.
“Good cop” - “Bad cop”
If you have been subjected to framing and slander, do not sign any document. Demand your own “reliable” lawyer, not the “loyal” lawyer they invite (if they allow it). Everyone is at risk of being framed, I now believe this. Therefore, you should have a contract and contact with a lawyer you trust in our country.
Another risk here is that this type of police officer may confuse or deceive your lawyer with tempting offers. We are human. From my experience, I can say that because of the terrible scene, pressure, and stress that I did not expect, the body wants to drink water. At that moment, the “good cop” appears instead of the “bad cop.” He says, “There has been a mistake against you.” The water, cola, tea, and so on that he offers you to drink contain substances of various concentrations. They deceived me with tea containing lemon and poisoned me. I had fever and chills all night until morning and vomited. My recommendation is that under no circumstances should you accept liquid or food from the police, whether they are in uniform or civilian clothes. Why has my police become like this?
Because those engaged in framing have carried out this work many times, they have thought through all stages of the framing process. However, I should note that they are uneducated and have poor memories - this is their main weakness. They deceive prosecutors, they have long arms, and sometimes they make courts accept the authenticity of their fake evidence. I saw this in my own case.
Mr. President, I have seen many religious people who love our state being falsely accused with drugs as well. They are not radicals (although there are such people too) they simply worship.
I was framed and arrested because of my professional activity - because of my projects and trainings. If, in the police’s “dark” service rooms, you could not withstand physical and psychological violence and you “confessed” on video and signed documents, that is not the end of escaping the framing. In framing episodes, the investigator must form the necessary fake documents and submit them to the sanctioning court within three days in order to have you arrested. Only there do you partly leave the control of the police. In court, speak about and report all the unlawfulness and arbitrariness you encounter. Know that all your conversations are recorded and archived by the court’s video-recording system. If you are there together with your reliable lawyer, your chances of escaping slander and framing increase many times.
I wish our country had a strong justice system and bar association so that malicious police officers could not act with impunity and would have to be cautious.
Why has my police become like this? After all, it should not plant narcotic substances on people.
